    Hope the music is better than 10 min Trainer – although, I use that on my computer not my iPhone. Kind of hard to picture how one does cardio holding a phone…

      My problem is that I don't ever try… LOL I expect you do it the same way you dance with your iPod or iPhone when you are listening to music with it. :)

    This looks cool. To bad It not on an iPhone… but you know that already… LOL My problem isn't having the time for Cardio, it's taking the time. Sigh!
