Geek Girl Readers Recommend iTriage

iTriageOnce again Geek Girl readers came up with another great app! iTriage is not only free but it works on multiple platforms as well as on the web itself.

So just what is iTriage? It is a medical app developed by two ER physicians to empower patients to make better healthcare decisions. You can look up your symptoms and the possible causes of those symptoms and learn about the best ways to approach treatment. It has a nationwide directory of hospitals, urgent care centers, pharmacies along with turn-by-turn GPS instructions. It will also help you locate the facility nearest you.

Head on over to iTriage and download the app for your phone.

Do you have a favorite app to address your medical concerns?

It's compatible with Droid!! I just downloaded it. AND, I didn't know I could download it from my computer. It knew who I was. Very scarey.

Yeah but you made us aware of this one. Who recommended it?
This DOES sound like an interesting one. Wonder if it comes on Droid? I will go check it out. I am a little hypochondriac sometimes. :-)

You know… I don't remember who it was. I keep a list of apps readers recommend and go through them as time permits and then share them.Sent from my iPad
