Attention Android Phone Users -
Have you ever wondered just how nutritious fast food meals really are? Do you wish you knew how many calories are in those meals? Perhaps you would simply like to be able to track Weight Watchers points for those meals.
If this type of information is important to you, then you may want to check out this new FastFood.com app. Fast Food Nutrition Lite lists 100 restaurant chains menus and their associated nutrition details. Some of the restaurants listed include places like Applebee’s, Arby’s, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Denny’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and many more of your favorites.
So what type of nutritional information can you expect to see? Once you have selected your meal items you will receive results listing total calories, sugars, protein, fats, trans fats, saturated fats, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates, Weight Watchers Points Plus, and the total % of RDA. Very nice indeed…
